RoTrac® Capillary Pore Membranes are manufactured by means of a special ion-beam-technology. A high-strength polyester film is bombarded with inert gas ions. In a subsequent etching process the pores are formed. This innovative process allows us to produce membranes with pore diameter ranging from 0.1 microns up to 10 microns.

Multiple pores visible at the surface divided further into individual pore channels inside the membrane. This guarantees that all pores have the same diameter. Compared to other membranes, RoTrac® Capillary Pore Membranes have an excellent smooth surface.

Also black membranes are available in various diameters.
